FQA:
Q: Can you dispatch engineers to my country for installation?
A: Yes, we send engineers globally for erection and commissioning. You only need to cover their travel, food, and accommodation.
Q: What if a part breaks down after warranty?
A: We provide spare parts sourcing and technical guidance. You only pay for the parts and optional on-site services.
Q: Do I have to train my own operators?
A: Buyer should prepare 1-2 local engineers for one line. Our engineers provide hands-on training during the commissioning phase - including maintenance, safety, and troubleshooting.
