Strict Internal Inspection Before Final Acceptance

Before any formal acceptance, every machine at KINBENZ undergoes self-inspection. We provide customers with a detailed component and accessory list to ensure the acceptance process is open and transparent.

Professional Container Loading & Packaging

For this project, our engineering team carefully calculated the numebr of containers needed and the loading configuration of each component. With the joint efforts of the entire KINBENZ team, we managed to complete the loading of six containers in a working day.

To ensure safe delivery:

•All key components we treated with anti-rust coating before loading

•Sea-grade package was applied to protect against possible sea transport risk

•A detailed packing checklist was prepared in advance, covering both major parts and accessories (including blades, spacers, wooden strips and more). On the loading day, our staff marked each item with number against the checklist to avoid any omissions.

 

 

Transparent Process with Real-Time Updates

Throughout the loading process, we provide our Turkish client with clear on-site photos and videos, allowing them to track every stage of containerization and shipping. This ensured full transparency and peace of mind regarding the delivery status.
