Project Requirements

For Stainless Steel preocessing, production efficiency is improtant, but protecting the finished strip surface is equally critical. Scratches, friction marks, and unnecessary contact during slitting and handling can affect the final product quality.

Based on the customer's requirements, Kinbenz configured the 1350mm automatic slitting line with systems designed to support both stable high-speed production and effective surface protection.

 

High Speed and Stable Slitting Production

This line max line speed reach 200m/min. The line is engineered for continuous and stable coil processing. Its automatic control system coordinates the major sections of the line, helping maintain consistent strip movement and stable operation during slitting.

For customers processing stainless steel coils on a regular basis, stable production is essential for maintaing consistent product quality while improving overall production efficiency.

1350mm working width also provides flexibility for processing different coils specifications within the machine's designed range.

 

Paper Collecting and Double-Side Film Laminating 

One of the key features of this project is the combination of a paper collector and double-side film laminator.

During stainless steel coil processing, surface quality is particularly important because the finished strips may be used in applications where appearance and surface quality are critical.

Paper collecting system helps introduce protective paper between the strips, reducing direct contact and friction during handling and recoiling.

Double-side film laminator provides additional protection by applying protective film to both surfaces of the material. This helps reduce the risk of scratches and surface damage during subsequent processing, transportation, and handling.

By integrating these functions into the slitting line, the customer can carry out slitting and surface protection as part of one continuous production process.

 

Online Factory Acceptance Before Shipment

Before shipment, Kinbnz completed the production, assembly, commissioning and inspection of the complete line at our factory.

Vietnamese customer conducted an online factory acceptance test with our technical team. The customer was able to remotely inspect the machine, review its operation, and confirm the required before shipment.

After the acceptance was completed, the machine was prepared for transportation and subsequently shipped from our factory to Vietnam.

This online acceptance process allows overseas customers to verify the equipment before delivery while reducing the need of a separate pre-shipment visit.

 

From Factory Acceptance to Production

For Kinbenz, successful delivery is not simply about completing a machine and loading it into a container. Every project is involves a series of steps, including engineering design, manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, inspection, customer acceptance, and shipment.
